Refound policy

Return and exchange

  • Please make returns within 15 days of receiving the package using the prepaid return shipping label sent to you with the package.
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of shipment reception (minus a 5% restocking fee), using the prepaid return shipping label we sent to you with the package for the return, if you choose to use an alternate shipping method, no merchandise will be accepted other than with our shipping labels. Joaillerie vcl will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Returned merchandise must be received in original condition
  • Not to have been wearing
  • Does not show any wear or deformation
  • Not to have been modified, engraved, upgraded or resized
  • Your package must include the merchandise, return authorization form, delivery slip, original box, jewelry appraisal certificate (if applicable) and product warranty of origin, if applicable.
  • The return policy does not apply to discounted items, special orders, or jewelry over $ 15,000 before taxes (TPS-TVQ)
  • Personalized all kind of jewellery include, engagement rings and wedding bands

 In the event of an error on our part, the return shipment to our workshop is at our expense. In all other cases, the return shipment is at the customer's expense.

Error or defect

If an error on our part should occur with your order or if you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at info@joaillerievcl.ca adding proof (photo) of the wrong item or the defective item. However, you must send proof the same day to confirm with us the error or defect of the product. If there is an error on our part, we will make the appropriate corrections to the product to be purchased free of charge.

When purchasing an item, make sure you choose the right size for your finger or wrist. Joaillerie vcl engages has refused at all times the return of items of wrong size chosen by the customer. Any costs incurred due to this error will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchange / Return

Charge of 5% restocking fee, when you return your purchase.

Please provide your name, contact information, order number, product photo and reason for the exchange to:

Please note that refunds can take a few days, depending on how the item was purchased.

These instructions must be followed exactly. Otherwise, your return cannot be processed and Joaillerie vcl will not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for your item.

Upon receipt of your package, the item will be examined by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for a return or exchange, your refund or replacement will be processed within a few business days.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Lifetime warranty

The guarantee is valid only if you come to our jewelry store once a year, to take advantage of a complete analysis of your jewelry, buy at Joaillerie VCL only and that for a period of 3 years, valid for one time per year only, following the date of your purchase. The warranty is void if the recommendations have been neglected. Please note that our lifetime warranty does not cover loss and breakage of central diamonds, as well as any colored stones. We recommend that you take out insurance from your insurer for your jewelry.

The warranty gives you the right to:

•  Inspection of jewelry

• Cleaning

• Polishing

• Rhodium

• Ruthenium (For Cuban Link silver bracelets)

• Checking the claws

• Resizing at 50% off (ring only, does not apply to eternity rings)
